Job Title: Group SAP ERP Applications ManagerCompany:Join a rapidly growing, Global Irish construction manufacturing business headquartered in Ireland. With recent acquisitions driving expansion, they're building a new Group IT function to fortify one of their key business lines. As they embark on this journey, they are seeking a seasoned professional to become the right-hand person to the Director, taking charge of the Group's ERP Applications.Responsibilities:Consolidate a variety of ERP systems into one centralised SAP system.Spearhead the strategy and execution of the ERP implementation.Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes and objectives.Manage ERP migrations and/or consolidations with finesse and expertise.Oversee project and service delivery, prioritising customer satisfaction while managing budgets.Lead the selection and deployment of ERP solutions on a global scale.Facilitate travel across Europe and the US as needed, to support project requirements.Requirements:Extensive experience in managing ERP systems, preferably SAP, within a complex organisational setting.Proven track record in ERP implementation and consolidation projects.Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, discussing business processes and migration strategies.Familiarity with financial consolidation systems and managing large datasets is a plus.Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.Willingness to travel periodically across Europe and the US, adapting to project demands (40%).Benefits:Join one of Ireland's most successful and ambitious businesses, offering unparalleled career growth opportunities.Play a pivotal role in shaping the Group's IT function and contributing to its continued success.Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.Dynamic and collaborative work environment, fostering innovation and professional development.How to Apply: If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and be part of a forward-thinking team, please click "Apply" with your CV detailing your relevant experience.
