They're continually expanding the business and have plans to do more. Now, they want to find a grower, who can support them in these projects.

What's the job?

As a grower, there shouldn't be any surprises in the day-to-day responsibilities.

Pest management, irrigation, weeding and communicating with the team to ensure the right things are being done at the right time.

You'll have an area of the glasshouse that you run, so you'll get the autonomy to make decisions. The team around you consists of an incredibly knowledge technical manager, and a team of growers. They're happy to support you and get you up to speed.

Ideally, you'll have your spray certificates (PA1 and PA6) and a horticulture or related qualification.
