With their own proprietary marketing science suite they can understand how digital activation actually performs and use this insight to provide best in class strategy and execution. As they continue to grow they are now looking to hire a visionary Growth Partner to join their consultancy arm. The successful hire will work with their partner brands to scale their operations across brand, media, digital and beyond.The roleWork alongside the Head of Growth to provide strategic support to partnersDevelop, manage and execute growth marketing strategiesOwn relationships with senior stakeholders in partner brandsDesign and manage testing roadmaps across various channels (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, Influencer etc) to optimise performanceUse data driven insight to tweak and enhance digital performanceOwn the delivery of performance targets and the delivery of insightful analysis and reportingCollaborate with colleagues and client inhouse teams on creative conceptsOwn and manage forecast budgetsThe personProven experience in a senior growth marketing role in a scaling business (agency or client side)A strategic thinker who is happy being hands on with campaign management Extensive experience with A/B testing, optimisation, and digital marketing with a focus on performanceFor much more information on my client and the role please apply immediately.
