pentahotel Reading is looking for a dedicated professional to join our friendly and well-regarded team as a Guest Service Supervisor to lead and supervise the food and beverage department. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal. Ideally, you will be a strong leader, self-motivated, achievement orientated an have experience within a supervisory role in a customer service or food & beverage.
We entrust you with:
Supervising the Guest Service Agent teams on a day to day basis; raising any staffing concerns with the Manager
Ensuring high levels of communication across the Guest Service Agent teams
Engaging and motivating staff
Working alongside the Guest Service Manager to develop training and team building opportunities
Demonstrating and inspiring a commitment to excellent customer care
Ensuring compliance and maintenance of all statutory and legal, hygiene, safety and employment requirements for personnel.
Ensuring all reception and food & beverage procedures are followed, adhered to and developed in line with business needs.
