*Job Overview:*
Your initial role will be Gymnastics Coach moving to Senior Gymnastics Coach. Further progression will be according to your commitment & performance.
Experience in gymnastics, acro, dance, parkour, capoeira or related fields and have a natural affinity for children with a big caring heart, big smile & sense of fun are a must!

*What you'll do:*
\* Teach gymnastics to 3-12 year olds - and according to talent and skills from crawling babies
\* Participate to strategic and tactical decisions to help the business grow
\* Join training every week to grow & learn
\* Rotation work on weekends - 1/3 weekend free per year

Responsibilities:
- Implement training programs to motivate gymnasts based on their skill level and goals – monitor & provide feedback – strong communication skills
- Collaborate with other coaches to plan team practices and routines
- Ensure the safety of all gymnasts by enforcing rules and regulations
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs
- Grow the business and ensure retention of current members
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and rules
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes, parents, and staff members
- Natural leader interested in business development
- Fit and healthy and a very strong team player / sense of responsibility

*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in gymnastics
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential
- Patience and understanding when working with children of different ages and abilities
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check required
We offer competitive pay rates for qualified candidates. This is either a full-time or part-time position with set hours.

Pay: £23,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 38.5 per week
