- Contract:��250-�300 per day �
- Permanent:��45,000 - �50,000 per annum + Digs, Company Car and Fuel Card �
Reporting To:�Senior Health and Safety Manager

Key Objectives
As a Health and Safety Advisor, your primary goal is to promote, advise, train, and consult on all aspects of health, safety, and environmental issues within a construction environment. You will work closely with the Senior Health and Safety Manager to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and foster a safe working environment for all staff.

Qualifications
- Level 3 NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate�(Essential) �
- CSCS Card�(Essential) �

- Temporary Works Awareness�(Desirable) �
- Lifting Operations Training (Desirable)
Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance:�Prevent injuries and damage to plant and equipment. Ensure compliance with legal and company health, safety, and welfare requirements
�
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):�Ensure the correct provision and use of PPE across site operations
�
- Inspections & Audits:�Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory codes of practice, and method statements
�
- Health & Safety Documentation:�Assist in preparing method statements, safety rules, and safety reports, and maintain accurate records and statistics

- Training & Inductions:�Support in delivering site inductions, toolbox talks, task briefings, and method statement reviews
��
- Incident Investigation:�Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences. Make recommendations to prevent recurrence and ensure accurate record-keeping
�
- Safety Protocols & Client Requirements:�Help develop and implement safety protocols, ensuring they meet client requirements
�
- Legislative Updates:�Stay informed on the latest safety legislation, codes of practice, and safety literature, and ensure all team members are updated
�
- Environmental Awareness:�Ensure the site adheres to environmental policies and objectives, contributing to sustainable construction practices. �
- Professional Interaction:�Maintain communication with professional safety bodies and keep the team informed of industry best practices.
