This is an opportunity for someone operating as a H&S Advisor, Coordinator or similar to step up into their first H&S Management role.

We're on the lookout for a Health & Safety Manager who’s got their NEBOSH and knows how to take control of any situation that looks even slightly off. Your mission? Keep everyone safe, ensure compliance, and embed a strong H&S culture across our site.

You’ll be handling all the usual: risk assessments, safety inspections, updating policies, and investigating accidents. If you spot someone doing something risky, you’ll step in. Plus, you’ll manage a budget and report those crucial safety stats to senior management.

What we're after:

• NEBOSH certified
• An experienced H&S professional with commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A strong communicator who can influence others
• Skilled in investigating incidents and coming up with smart solutions

You'll also take the lead on H&S for a couple of our other sites, making sure they stay in line with best practices.
