Hands on Housekeeper / Cleaner required for Country House near Wolverhampton.

Do you love cleaning and have an excellent attention to detail? Are you self-motivated and able to plan your workload in the most effective and efficient way?

We are seeking a hardworking and flexible individual to join our team to help manage our holiday home business as well as taking on the role of Head Housekeeper of our large country home. Based in Burnhill Green near Wolverhampton you will be required to undertake hands on general daily cleaning tasks, manage external cleaners, manage bedding and look after the family, with occasional dog care.

Key requirements:

• Have a love of cleaning with exceptional standards.

• Self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.

• Excellent time management.

• Reliable

• Ability to create a cleaning plan and to identify and organise daily, monthly and annual tasks.

• General cleaning tasks to include, holiday houses, living spaces and bathrooms, ironing, occasional oven cleaning, windows, carpet cleaning, fireplaces cleaning and resetting.

• Flexible with a desire to progress within the business to eventually manage a team.

• Some guest liaison may be required very rarely, however a good level of English will be an advantage.

. Experience of working in a large listed building and caring for wood and marble is an advantage but not essential

• Must drive and have your own vehicle.

There is a possibility of an onsite 2 bedroom house to be included with this role for the right candidate.

We are seeking the right person for this role and can therefore be flexible on work patterns, however the role will be 20 hours minimum per week. Mondays and Tuesdays are a requirement due to the nature of the business, other days can be flexible.

This role includes holiday and pension.
