Search are working in partnership with a contractor in the North East who are looking for a Handyman. In this role you will be working on multiple council properties completing various jobs such as measuring & cutting door frames as well as installing window vents internally and externally.
You must have all your own tools and experience working on housing. We are looking for someone who is willing to work on multiple properties around Sunderland and Washington meaning a UK driving licence is required.
You will be responsible for; (the job duties)
- Keeping site clean and tidy
- Installing window vents
- Cutting and measuring door frames
- Neat and tidy finishes
- Working under instruction and independently
To be considered for this job you must have; (the certificates / cards)
- CSCS
- Own tools
- UK Driving License and own vehicle
- On site experience and references
