Handyman

A new position has become available in the Hertford area for a Handyman. This is a permanent position with a well-established housing association.
The Handyman will be:

• Liasing with customers and contractors
• Undertaking internal and external maintenance duties in offices and buildings
• Repair work joinery, painting, general plumbing tasks, general maintenance duties

The right Handyman will receive:

• �32k salary
• Company van and fuel card
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Other benefits such as pension scheme, health insurance and flexible working

The Handyman will need:

• Experience in office/workplace maintenance
• Good customer service skills
• Experience using IT systems
• Full UK diving license with minimum 2 years driving experience
