Handyperson

LRL are currently recruiting for Handypersons/Multi Traders work on a long term project in Birmingham for one of our most prestigious clients who specialise in hotel fit out and refurbishments. Project expected to be circa 12 Months.
Diuties will include various maintenance tasks on a highrise project, basic knowledge of plumbing & carpentry is required. There could also be elements of patch plastering, tiling and painting/decorating works.
Rate negotiable dependant upon experience and qualifications. (Circa �23-�24.00p/hr)
Monday to Firday - 8-9hr days
Requirements
- CSCS - Blue Skilled Workers Card
- NVQ Level 2 Qualification in either of the following - Carpentry, Plumbing, P&D, etc.
- 2 Project specific References
