Hard landscaper - Skelmersdale

Job title: Hard landscaper / Groundworker Social housing

Location: Skelmersdale

Salary: �30,000 - �32,000

They provide an efficient 'right first time' repairs and maintenance services to their properties is the key focus.

We're currently recruiting for experienced/qualified Groundworking Operatives to join our Property Team. As you'll spend a fair amount of time on the road we will provide you with a van and fuel card.

What you'll need:

You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within a Residential/Housing sector and ideally a qualificartion of NVQ level 2 OR have a minimum of 3 years experience within the industry.

You must have experience in the following:

• Brickwork
• Drainage i.e. French and acco
• Fencing repairs and replacing
• Concreting
• Paving and slabbing

This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week.

Due to the requirement to travel, you must hold a full UK and current driving licence.
