JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for an experienced Hard Services Manager with Facilities Management experience to work on a contract in Rochdale. This role with cover a number of commerical sites in Rochdale and some in Yorkshire. Previous experience in FM is essential. This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing 3 Engineers
Direct reports
Reporting and analysing KPI's
Regular updates and meetings with the client on site
Working alongside compliance team to ensure everything is in line with the contract
Liaison with other departments
Regular liaison and site updates with line manager
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.
This role is offering �50,000 + �4,500 car allowance plus package.
