Job Title: Head Barista

Location: High-End Private Members Club, Near Chelsea, London

Salary: �30,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No Weekends)

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee service. You will oversee the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring each cup served meets our high standards. Your expertise and enthusiasm for coffee will enhance our members' experience and contribute to our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages.
• Train, mentor, and manage a team of baristas to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain coffee equipment.
• Develop and implement new coffee-related initiatives and menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee bar area.
• Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for club members and guests.
• Collaborate with club management to enhance the overall member experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista, with a thorough understanding of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
