What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Chef
Proven experience managing a team, including wok chefs, line chefs, and sous chefs
Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance with health regulations
Experience in stock control and ordering processes
Comfortable using various systems, including Acquire for ordering
