Head Chef - Banqueting & Events - Luxury & Exclusive Wedding Venue

A Head Chef is required for a stunning 5 star wedding venue near Glasgow which is part of one the most luxurious hospitality groups in Europe. This is an exciting time at this property with loads of projects on the horizon. This role needs someone who has worked at a high level due to the client and the reputation of this property.

As a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef you will responsible for delivering exceptional food as a minimum – during wedding season you will be doing upto 3 or 4 a week but out of wedding season this is where you can develop the food and have a bit of down time.

Head Chef Snapshot:

• Salary upto £40,000 - £45,000
• Straight shifts
• Working closely with exceptional supportive Executive Head Chef
• 2aa/3aa Rosette standard
• Potential for this role to become a 4 day week
• Part of a successful luxury hotel group
