We are currently looking for a driven and passionate Kitchen Manager to join us for the ride in our Flight Club in Cheltenham.

The Job
Ready to lead a kitchen with high -energy & fun?
As Kitchen Manager, youll take charge of the action, making sure everything runs smoothly while delivering beyond expectations. You'll be a key player in the management team. Heres what youll be up to:
Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen

Recruiting, i nspiring, coaching , managing and developing your team every day

Keeping standards sky-high by following health, safety, and food guidelinesand raising the bar with new ideas to make things run even better.

Youll have comprehensive knowledge of our menu dishes and will ensur e our team are up to date with any exciting updates.

Getting involved in regular kitchen check-ins, spotting ways to boost performance and unlock the kitchens full potential.

Managing the kitchen rota, smartly deploying team members whilst meeting agreed targets

Running weekly stock checks to keep food costs in line and our GP % on track.
