Head Chef - Day time hours - leisure - �17 PER HOUR PERMANENT
A popular independent centre is seeking to appoint a head chef to join and lead a brigade of fantastic chefs and continue the sites reputation for catering excellence !
Key Info:
Salary: �16.25p/h - �17 p/h ( �38,000 per annum)
Hours: Permanent, Full time - 5 days a week(weekend work required on rota basis )
Location: Crowborough - outskirts
Working hours : 8am-4pm ( 7am-5pm), 45 hours a week ( head chef responsible for rota)

Responsibilities:
� Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes
� Assisting the in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
� Preparing meat
� Assisting with the management of health and safety
� Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
� Monitoring portion and waste control
� Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
