Head Chef Fresh Food led Independent Gastro Pub located close to Lymington in the New Forest
Salary is 40-42k plus additional 5k in tips
As head chef you will be working Straightshifts on a 45-hour week
You will have Sunday evenings, and Monday and Tuesday off
Heading up the whole kitchen operation including paperwork
Free reign on menus
Free reign on suppliers
Style of food is modern British highlighting local seafood
Small intimate restaurant with outdoor patio area
Food sales average around 6k a week
Ideally have your own transport due to location and public transport
We are looking for a Head Chef who is a hands-on chef, A head chef who has previous experience of writing your own menus whilst training and developing the current team
