Head Chef Gastro Pub

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join our vibrant team at The Talbot. Whilst working with us you will contribute towards maintaining and growing our reputation for producing creative, fresh food in a stylish, busy country Gastropub.
You will have a passion for food, a can do attitude and be required to work across all areas of the kitchen with the ability to confidently manage the kitchen.
As our Head Chef you will:
Take pride in producing quality fresh food
Perform well in a busy environment
Be innovative and creative in your approach to our seasonal and special menus including specs and costing
Communicate, train and motivate our fun and successful kitchen team
Meet food safety and cleaning standards
