Job Title: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Location: Oxford
Salary: OTE £43,000
Westwood Hospitality is acting as a consultancy for this exciting opportunity to manage the kitchen operations of a unique and dynamic venue in Oxford. We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of kitchen management, ensuring exceptional food quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food consistently.
Manage the overall kitchen operations, including inventory, food preparation, and cleanliness.
Ensure all health and safety and food hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
Develop and execute menus that drive sales while controlling costs.
Manage budgets, financial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Proven experience in a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
