Baraset Barn, an award-winning restaurant, bar and boutique hotel set in the idyllic countryside of Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking an exceptional and innovative Head Chef to lead our talented kitchen team.
As Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind our culinary direction, developing creative, seasonal menus that celebrate fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You will manage all aspects of the kitchen, from overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional food quality to mentoring and developing your team. Our menu highlights premium steaks, fresh seafood, and modern British dishes that complement our vibrant bar offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Curate innovative and seasonal menus while maintaining the highest standards of food presentation and quality.
Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Manage stock, budgets, and supplier relationships efficiently to meet business targets.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across the kitchen .
