Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and deliver a wide range of catering production services, supporting eight cafes, two kitchens, conferences, and various high-profile events.
With a hands on approach, leading all kitchen and production activities, ensuring quality and consistency, while engaging directly with customers and clients.
Take responsibility for production planning, procurement, hospitality bookings, and communication with other support services to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Support and manage event catering and retail activities, including planning special projects and training kitchen staff to meet high standards.
Provide comprehensive support to senior management, including delivering briefings and offering insights into sales and budget planning.
Ensure all activities comply with complex regulations and procedures, such as data protection, financial requirements, and food safety standards.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management, including compliance with IOSH-approved guidelines and regulations.

IOSH Approved Food Hygiene Qualification or a willingness to work towards this qualification is an essential requirement for this role.
