I have an amazing opportunity for Head chef with a nice restaurant background that is looking for a better work life balance, this type of opportunity doesn't come along very often. This is a restaurant that only delivers Breakfast and lunch with no evening service. Also weekend they have occasional events to delivering pretty much a Monday to Friday offer.
This Head chef is required to develop refined plates with simple plating which is full of flavour, if you have run a fine dining restaurant or high quality modern restaurant then this could be the role for you. I am looking for a creative Head chef or even a senior sous who is looking to step in to there first Head chef role.
You will have the opportunity to create seasonal menu's using the influences from the business and the customer base, If you would like to find out more about how you can still create amazing food as well as being able to have a good work life balance then this the role for you in 2025.
