We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to join our busy gastro pub with rooms
What we need from you...
A leader of the kitchen who manages your team exceptionally. A key part of your role is training and coaching your team, so that they become the best that they can be. You need to be friendly and approachable and understand the importance of communication with all including your General Manager
As the Head Chef, youll have the drive and determination to deliver an excellent service, every single day. Your main responsibilities include managing the food stock, ensuring safe working practices, youll also be managing the food safety regulations in your kitchen by leading your team correctly. Youll take a front foot in the preparation and cooking of our menu, ensuring it leaves the kitchen to perfect specification.
