Job description
Head Chefs are required near Mildenhall, Suffolk for an ongoing position! START ASAP!!! We will be offering you a salary of up to �15 - �16 per hour. On site parking with 24/7 support service. As a head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, from menu creation and food preparation to staff management and inventory control. You will need to be a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional with a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes.
Requirements:
- Make sure kitchen operation goes according to rules and regulations
- Responsible of preparation methods and presentation of all foods and plates according to preparation standards and recipes
- Constant research for improving cooking techniques, preservation, food presentation, wastage
- Make sure kitchen staff completes all assigned tasks and conduct regular spot-checks
- Make sure restaurant meets all regulations including sanitary and safety guidelines
- Take reservations from management and manage preparations accordingly
- Daily, weekly & monthly reporting of kitchen related issues to management
