Head Chef Modern Italian 70-75k plus bonus Central London Job Role: Head Chef Food Style: Premium Italian Restaurant Restaurant Size: 120 covers Daily Covers: 200-250 Contracted Hours: 48 Brigade size : 8-12 Chefs Salary: 70-75k Bonus: 5k Report to : Owner Group size :3 sites Location: Covent Garden I am working with a top Italian fine dining restaurant in Central London looking for a talented and creative head chef to launch the group s newest opening. The site will be focused on fresh seafood and modern Italian dishes. There will also be a fresh pasta bar and a wood-fired pizza oven. As this Is part of a group you can expect a semi branded menu, a large team of chefs, brunch on the weekends and covers reaching 200 per day. This is still elevated food and fine dining at volume so we will be searching for some top talent for this role.
