Things you will be doing as a Head Chef:
- Develop, mentor, and train the team through leadership and coaching.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in the kitchen.
- Ensure the food standards are maintained.
- Continually review and refresh menu offerings.
- Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.
- Regular hygiene audits.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as a Head Chef in a well-established restaurants, hotels or clubs
- Background in a plant based kitchens
- An open mindset and innovative skills
- Strong planning skills
- Team management skills
