Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen team in providing exceptional culinary experiences in a stunning venue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, creativity in menu development, and strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the kitchen staff. This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef with both Banqueting & Restaurant experience.
Pay: �37,000.00-�42,000.00 per annum
Live-in is available but not permanently
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation to ensure high-quality dishes are served
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop innovative menus that meet customers' preferences and budget requirements
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred
- Banqueting experience is a must
