Rate of pay/Salary: �44,500 yearly + OT

What's involved?

• Your contract will be full time consisting of 40 hours per week, you will be working 4 days a week of 10 hours, 08:00 - 18:00
• At full capacity the home can hold 71 residents
• Overseeing the whole catering department which involves the main restaurant, the on-site bistro, and bar, they have a fine dining room for up to 8 guests, and the home runs private events that run throughout the year
• You'll be working with local fresh produce to cook seasonal and creative meals
• You will run the kitchen, manage ordering, and do all menu planning
• You will need to always maintain the highest possible standards of hygiene
