A Head Chef should have natural leadership traits, and be able to motivate their team to challenge themselves towards the next career steps; overseeing a kitchen effortlessly turning the freshest of the British produce into beautifully presented dishes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Long-term experience leading a high-quality kitchen
Experience with menu developments, specs creation, with focus on cost effective solutions through understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
Ability to work autonomously and alongside our Head Office and Operations teams
