Position Overview:



The home are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead their culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who is looking to work in a supportive and creative environment. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and development of staff.

  • Plan and execute a diverse and innovative menu, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients.

  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our high standards.

  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control to meet budget targets.

  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with management to create special menus and promotions.

  • Monitor and improve kitchen operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

  • Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends and adjust to the needs of the business.
