Were looking for an experienced Head Chef who will continue to shape and bring to life our vision for quality, value and variety in a welcoming pub that celebrates local produce and supports local suppliers.
Youre experienced in managing all aspects of a pub kitchen including, but not limited to good food safety and hygiene practices, health and safety management, menu planning and budget control.
You enjoy a high degree of independence, are confident running the full kitchen and love to help others learn and develop. Experience in training apprentices would be an advantage.
You will collaborate closely with our Front of House Manager to ensure a strong focus on customer experience and to develop special event menus that appeal to a wide audience and draw customers in.
