Role Overview: We are seeking an innovative and driven Head Chef to lead our culinary teams across our unique venues. Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Design, create, and execute innovative menus tailored to each venue's unique vibe, whether its the lively atmosphere at The Lion By Olivers or the cozy setting at Olivers Pub and Kitchen.
Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of passionate chefs, ensuring high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency across all dishes.
Event Catering: Collaborate with our outdoor events team to craft bespoke menus for a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale outdoor experiences.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Guest Experience: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Innovation: Stay ahead of culinary trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the table, enhancing our offerings and keeping our venues at the cutting edge of the food and beverage industry.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in a multi-venue operation.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing talent within your team.
Exceptional culinary skills with a flair for creativity and innovation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, health, and safety standards.
