We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Head Chef, willing to help us create new dishes and amplify our current house favourites. You will be responsible for the training and recruitment of your team, working with the General Manager to drive food sales and quality. Menu development and allergen recording will be at the heart of your role.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
Manage kitchen operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Always ensure a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Must have previous experience as a Head Chef.
