The Role We are looking for a new Head Chef to join our Prezzo Family who has a genuine drive, ambition and desire to make Prezzo the standout from the rest! As a Prezzo Head Chef you will:
Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
Lead your kitchen, owning all processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering and staff development.
Show #DriveToSucceed (this is one of our core Prezzo values!)
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have a desire to grow your skills and career as a Prezzo Head Chef .
Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
Constantly monitor and develop your kitchen team.
Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UKs favourite Italian dining experience.
Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

Where is the restaurant? Our Crawley restaurant is on the high street in the centre of the town, and close to the train station. Inside, weve created a spacious dining space with mirrors, a muted colour scheme and striking brick walls & chandelier lighting. In the summer, our tables spill out onto the pavement so you can tuck into a plate of pasta whilst enjoying the sunshine.
