Head Chef

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to join our team at a new pan Asian restaurant and cocktail bar in Beckenham South East London. The successful candidate will lead the culinary team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen - Create innovative and enticing menus that meet quality standards - Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed - Manage inventory and control food costs effectively - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards - Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
Qualifications
