We are looking for a new head chef to come in and lead the kitchen team. We are a fast paced established Family run restaurant near Worthing with over 50 years experience. Our current head chef of over 7 years is moving onto a new venture and we are looking for somebody who is passionate and is able to carry the kitchen forward during this transitional period.
The ideal Head Chef will have the following: Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen
3 years experience in a similar kitchen with Rosette level as Head Chef
A proven track record of running a professional kitchen including managing budgets, GPs and 5* Food Hygiene
Can do attitude & team player
Eager to develop seasonal menus with full autonomy
Team player with excellent communication skills
Confidence to leading a team in a busy service
A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm to lead and develop your team
