The Adamton Country House Hotel is a magnificent Manor House set in a historic country estate dating back to the 11th Century. This 265-bedroom hotel is adjacent to Glasgow Prestwick airport and 35 miles from Glasgow International Airport.

Oversee the kitchen team and ensuring meals are prepared to a high standard.
Plan and organise menus for the restaurant, weddings, and banquet events.
Lead, motivate, and develop your kitchen team, while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain strict health and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
Manage food deliveries and control stock levels effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary skills, proven leadership experience, and a passion for delivering top-quality cuisine.
