Tonic is searching for a Head Chef to help oversee the brigade in our client's fresh-food, independent, kitchen, servicing the members of an exclusive leisure club. Thebusiness islooking for a Head Chef who wants to push the standards, drive sales and use their experience to improve all business areas. What are we looking for from the successful Head Chef?
You must have experience in quality, fresh food, fast-paced environment, cooking to volume
Previous experience as a Head Chef is desirable but not essential - you could be a sous looking to step up
