Opening in mid-October, this lively daytime caf� will become a favourite spot for office workers to enjoy healthy, flavourful lunches.

Please note, there is no live-in accommodation available for this role.

Given the nature of the venue, operating hours will be during the daytime.

What's involved?

As the Head Chef, you will lead a talented team, crafting and delivering an exciting daytime menu for both takeaway and dine-in customers, as well as catering for corporate clients within the building.

You will oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff training, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety. Effective waste management and cost control will be crucial aspects of your role.
