We have now opened our first Everly hotel, the flagship of our new brand. What a start its been and we are already receiving rave reviews! We are creating our new distinct hotel brand that does things differently: inviting our guests to explore the surrounding neighbourhood, discovering the stories of its people, savouring its food and flavours and taking in every delightful detail.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join us and be a key part of the decision making in our stunning seafront location, only a stones throw from Brighton. You will be part of the food team creating some of the most stunning dishes on the South Coast!

As a Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the food operation and your kitchen team in ensuring we are delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The Head Chef is a crucial leadership role within our hotel's culinary team. This role will lead a talented team of culinary professionals, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and quality. Your creativity, passion for culinary excellence and commitment to maintaining the hotels reputation will be essential in driving our dining offerings to new heights.
Job Description
As a Head Chef, you will
Take the reins in the kitchen, whether you are making decisions or coming up with fresh ways to help the team run better together.
Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
Recognise and lead the team as a whole, understanding how to maximise their potential.
Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to?help to guarantee the care of your entire team and visitors.
What youll bring to the kitchen:
Experience managing a busy kitchen, training and developing a high performing team who constantly exceed targets
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and getting the best of your team around you.
A keen eye for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers each and every time
Skill and willingness to take on and adapt to challenges whilst working in a busy kitchen.
