Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.


• Develop and design new menu items, ensuring a balance of creativity and consistency.


• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.


• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.


• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.


• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.


• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
