• �40,000 to �45,000 salary
• �5,000 service charge
• Total package up to �50,000

What's involved?
As Head Chef, you will oversee service in the restaurant, afternoon tea, weddings and events, as well as breakfast service for hotel guests.
You will use fresh, local ingredients to produce well-cooked and well-presented seasonal menus.
You will manage your team, plan menus, order stock, and ensure GPs and wage costs are in line with agreed budgets.
