Head Chef - £50,000 - London Overview Join our team as a Head Chef at one of our prestigous Venues, a historic art deco building, serving as the global headquarters. As the official caterer for external commercial events and in-house dining, we are seeking a highly organised and creative individual to lead the culinary operations at this prestigious venue. This is an exciting opportunity to work with London's most experienced event caterers.
Responsibilities Ensure the smooth execution of all events at Venue.
Plan and coordinate food orders for each event.
Delegate tasks effectively within the kitchen team, fostering staff motivation and professional growth.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of new dishes and menus alongside the Group Executive Chef.
Monitor food preparation across all sections of the base kitchen to ensure timely and quality production.

Flexibility to occasionally undertake weekend work
Day-to-day As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations at Venue, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food that meets the venue's standards and client expectations. This role involves managing the kitchen team, assisting with menu development, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
