We are working with a leading Contract Catering company for Private Education site in Nottingham, this operation caters for both daily feeding as well as boarders. This is primarily a Monday to Friday role but some weekends will be required and shifts are mainly day time with latest finish at 7pm
The Head Chef will lead a kitchen team of around 8-10 so will need good management skills and communication skills. You will be working on a 3 weekly rotating menu and ensure all food prepared and presented to the required high standards
The kitchen will cater for around 1400-1500 meals per day for both students and staff, there will also be hospitality events and functions as required. The Head Chef will need experience in cooking for large numbers on a daily basis
This Head Chef role will suit a candidate with either Large Volume Education Experience of large scale hotel banqueting experience. You will have a solid work history and been stable in previous roles.
