What We Are Looking For A talented Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready to step up. Proven experience in creating and executing Modern British cuisine at a high standard. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a brigade of 8 chefs. Strong organisational capabilities to oversee menu development, ordering, and team training.
