The Role:
As Head Chef, you will:
Oversee the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Create innovative, seasonal menus that celebrate fresh, locally sourced seafood.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of chefs, fostering a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
Work closely with suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
Contribute to the continued success and recognition of the pub's exceptional culinary offering.
What I'm Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen.
Expertise in preparing and presenting seafood dishes.
A creative and dynamic approach to menu development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
