Your Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional food experience while managing a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will:
Lead and inspire your kitchen team to produce outstanding, consistent dishes.
Ensure flawless execution of recipe specifications to maintain our high standards.
Manage high cover numbers efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality control.
Oversee food purchasing, stock control, and kitchen GP , ensuring cost efficiency.
Implement and uphold strict food hygiene and safety protocols .
Work closely with senior management to deliver an outstanding guest experience .
Create and maintain kitchen rotas , managing wage costs in line with budget expectations.
Drive a culture of discipline, organization, and passion for Asian cuisine .
