Head Chef - Hotel and Restaurant - Sidmouth, Devon - Live-in Available - �40K

Ideally you will have worked as a Head Chef previously but this position may also suit you if you have 3 years or more experience working as Sous Chef and are looking for your first Head Chef position.�

Our client is searching for an experienced chef that loves working with seasonal produce. You will have good leadership skills, be an organised worker, have experience of good team management and have a team orientated approach.

You will work 40-45 hours per week between 2 sites (a hotel and a restaurant) and oversee your team, you will write menus and organise your team to ensure smooth running of the operations.
